Faribault Main Street Coordinator Nort Johnson joins us this morning on AM Minnesota.

I know we will talk about the success of last night's Night to Unite event at Buckham Center and other locations around Faribault.

Crazy Days happened last weekend and I'm curious to find out how that went for merchants around the community.

The annual Blue Collar BBQ and Arts Festival is next weekend in Faribault, and I'm sure we will touch on those happenings. This is the festival's eighth year and it has grown each year. The Paradise Center for the Arts presents this event, which is free and open to the public. Hours are 11AM to 11PM.

There is an art fair/market in the 200 block of Central Avenue with a number of local and regional artists.

The kids and family area is open from the start of the event until 7PM and includes three large inflatables for the kids.

The amateur BBQ competition runs from 6AM until 3PM, with the final results announced between 4:15 and 4:30PM.

Live music on the Power 96/Faribault Daily News Stage runs from 11AM until 11PM.
