Faribault Area Chamber on KDHL 1-17-2018

Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce and Member Relations Coordinator Chuck Thiele stops by KDHL for AM Minnesota 9:30 a.m.

I thought we would talk a little bit about the Rice County Comprehensive Plan which has some very interesting information included about the demographics of the county and other statistical information.

A survey was conducted by those working on fashioning the Rice County Comprehensive Plan and over 60 percent of the 13 hundred respondents thought using tax dollars to entice economic development in the county was a good use of those dollars.

I'm sure Chuck will give some details about the annual Chamber Gala scheduled for February 3 at the Faribault American Legion.

He is also the go-to guy for membership and assists with the Ambassadors and Y-Pro (Young Professionals) groups.

The Chamber hosts Business Before Hours and Business After Hours events also and Chuck will let us know how those are chosen.
