Faribault Activities Postponed Monday

The Faribault Falcon and Bethlehem Academy athletic activities scheduled for Monday were nearly all canceled or postponed due to the cold.

The Cardinal baseball game against Maple River was moved to May 5 and the softball contest rescheduled for this Friday at North Alexander Park against Maple River.

The Bethlehem Academy girls were also scheduled to have a golf meet in Blooming Prairie and it was canceled.

The Falcon boys golf triangular at the Faribault Golf Club was canceled, along with the boys tennis match at Fairmont.

The forecast doesn't look that much better for Tuesday.

The Falcon boys and girls track teams are scheduled to host an invitational at Ted Nelson Track beginning at 4:30PM. Ten teams are in the field. The Faribault Falcon baseball team is scheduled to host Albert Lea while the softball team travels to Albert Lea. Baseball and softball first pitch is scheduled for 5PM.

The Cardinal softball team travels to Triton for a 4:30PM game, which is scheduled to be broadcast on Power 96 Radio beginning at 4:15PM.
