Fair Talk On AM Minnesota

Executive Secretary of the Rice County Fair John Dvorak stopped by KDHL studios for today's AM Minnesota. It is just two weeks from this evening we will kick off the 2016 Rice County Fair with the Queen Coronation. I sure hope the weather cooperates for the Rice County Fair like it did over the Fourth of July Weekend! All the fairs, including the state fair, are dependent on the weather. Sometimes I get in my own little world because farmers are so affected by the weather. There are many other professions and events the weather affects too!

John always brings a guest along for the Fair Talk program and today it was Chris Paschke. She is John's secretary at the Rice County Fair. Yes, she is the one that really keeps the Rice County Fair running smoothly. Chris is in the fair office each day, so if you have questions about exhibiting in the open class, schedules or whatever it may be, just stop by or call the Rice County Fair office.
