New in Owatonna. Sundays in the State, all part of a Summer Movie Series, will show a popular movie from each decade every other Sunday at the former State Theater Space - 215 N Cedar Ave. Movies will be shown at sunset.
July 10: Starring Slyvester Stallone, Burt Young and Carl Weathers in Rocky
July 24: Sponsored by Block Plumbing and Heating Raiders of the Lost Ark starring Harrison Ford at Indiana Jones and Karen Allen
August 7: Toy Story, sponsored by Federated Insurance Company, stars Tom Hanks and Tim Allen.
Last one of the season will be August 28: Remember the Titans sponsored by Dagry Tool, Inc. with Denzel Washington and Ryan Gosling.
Remember to bring a lawn chair and snacks.
