River Bend Nature Center Taxidermy Workshop

Head over to the River Bend Nature Center Interpretive Center on Saturday, April 29, from 1-3PM to discover the history of taxidermy, and learn basic techniques through this hands-on workshop. You’ll be given step-by-step instruction, and then each participant will have the opportunity to practice their skills on a small rodent. All supplies and specimen provided. Space is limited; preregistration is required by Friday, April 28. This program is appropriate for ages 13 and older. Cost: $25 per person
