The Faribault branch of Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union will hold its annual free community horse and carriage rides Friday, Dec. 9, from 3-5 p.m.

This is the sixth year the credit union has held carriage rides for both members and nonmembers. Afterward, participants can warm up with free hot chocolate and cookies in the branch.

Affinity Plus is at 900 N.W. Fourth St., Suite 102, in Faribault.

 

As part of the event, Affinity Plus staff are inviting participants to donate nonperishable food items for the Faribault Area Food Shelves. In addition, throughout December Affinity Plus holds its annual Month of Giving, where members and the public can make donations to the credit union’s five Charities of Choice:
