Dierks Bentley stepped back and watched, becoming just another fan as his daughter Evie sang Elle King's part of "Different for Girls" in Indianapolis over the weekend. The 7-year-old proved her daddy wasn't just joking when he said his girls knew all the words to his songs.

At first, Evelyn Day Bentley gets some help from Dad, but when the chorus comes, the 40-year-old singer steps back to let his little girl shine. "Different for Girls" is Bentley's current single, the second from his Black album. As he starts the song to a group of VIP fans in Indianapolis, he jokes that since King couldn't be there he needs someone — anyone — to step in and fill her shoes. Enter Evie, who more than holds her own.

Youngest daughter Jordan also took a turn next to Dad on Sunday (Aug. 14). The 5-year-old performed "All the Way to Me" during the same acoustic VIP performance. Bentley has plenty to be proud of, and country music could have a couple of future newcomers to keep an eye on. Of course, this wasn't their first performance — who can forget Evie's Ryman Auditorium debut with Dierks in 2012? And then in 2014, the sisters teamed up to be the Sandy Bottom Sisters, belting the theme from the movie Frozen at the Station Inn.

Bentley's Somewhere on a Beach Tour runs through October, with Randy Houser and Drake White taking the opening roles during a recently-announced fall leg. Cam and Tucker Beathard joined Houser and Bentley for the summer portion of the tour.

Bentley and his wife Cassidy also have a 2-year-old son named Knox.
