Coop Merger Informational Meetings

The Board of Directors of the Genesis Coop based in Le Sueur and Ag Partners based in Goodhue have voted to merge the coops. Voting packets on the vote were sent to all eligible Genesis voters on December 1, 2017. A special meeting was called for December 19, 2017 to tally the votes. Information on the proposed merger can be found under "Merger Information" on the genesis.coop website or the Ag partners Cooperative at agpartners.net.

The Genesis Board of Directors has asked that members attend one of the informational meetings that have been scheduled. Two have been scheduled for Tuesday December 5, 2017. The first 2:00 pm at the HomeTown Inn & Suites 331 E Enterprise Dr, Belle Plaine and the second Tuesday 7:00 pm at the Genesis Main Office 901 N 4th  St. Le Sueur. Two more meetings will be held Thursday December 7, 2017. The first 2:00 pm at the Morristown Community Center 402 Division St. S, Morristown and 7:00 pm at the American Legion in Le Center 97 S Park Ave, Le Center.
