Claremont Hogfest 2016 is this Saturday, August 6. Activities begin at 8AM and include a 5K Fun Run/Walk, coed volleyball tournament and human foosball tournament along with the start of the antique tractor show.

This year's parade will begin at 10AM Saturday. Some of the highlights the rest of the day include the pork feed, which runs from 11AM to 7PM. A pedal tractor pull begins at 12:30PM and the Fire Department will host an open house along with demonstration starting at 1PM. The Claremont American Legion auxiliary will host an ice cream social at the Legion from 3-7PM.

Enjoy polka music in the Pavilion from 4-7PM. The sweet corn eating contest begins at 4:30PM.

The Citizen of the Year will be named at 5PM at the Pavilion. Bingo will be played at the Fire Hall from 7-11PM. The evening will be capped off with a Movie in the Park in the empty lot starting at 9PM.

Some of the organizers will be our guests on Talk of the Town on Friday morning at 9:40AM on AM 1390.
