Owatonna Charter School Open House Set for July 30

The Choice Technical Academies of Minnesota will have an open house from 6-8PM Thursday, July 30, for their Owatonna School on Thursday, July 30. The school is in the southwest corner of the Pillsbury Campus.

Thursday night's event will feature a root beer float station, an information station along with a juggling station where potential students can try out their juggling skills, and there will be another station where potential students can help paint letters to be used in the decorating of the school.

There are students from Medford, Faribault, Owatonna, Waseca, Blooming Prairie and other towns enrolled. Choice offers a hands-on education that is project based for seventh- through 12th-graders. The student-to-teacher ratio will be 15:1. You will be able to enroll for the 2015-16 school year Thursday night.
