Carleton Hosts Augsburg on POWER 96

The Carleton Knights entertain the Augsburg Auggies in their MIAC opener Saturday on POWER 96 Radio, 95.9FM.  Last year these two teams collided on the final Saturday of the regular season in a highly entertaining see-saw contest.  Now they open the Conference season.  Both teams are trying to build their programs to compete with the likes of nationally ranked Bethel and St. Thomas.  Carleton was impressive in last week's win over Knox College 40-14 while Augsburg outscored Concordia of Wisconsin 55-45 in the Dairy state.  Our Coverage begins at 12:30pm with the Carleton coaches show and then we'll roll into a preview of the game and kickoff will be 1pm.  If this year's game is anything like last year's, you don't want to miss this!
