The 86th State FFA Convention began Sunday afternoon and wraps up late today at the University of Minnesota's St. Paul campus. More than 3,500 members are there in the offical dress of the FFA. That means blue jackets, white shirt or blouse, and black skirt or slacks. It is always a privilige to spend a couple of days at the State FFA Convention with these young professionals.

Over the years I get to know many of the FFA members. I might remember the first interview I did with them as a freshman. They were shy and nervous and I would have to help them along with the interview. The next thing you know they are a senior. I ask them a question and they won't let me have the microphone back. It is fun to watch these kids grow up. The pictures and video are from the State FFA Convention on Monday afternoon.
