It's homecoming week at Faribault Bethlehem Academy and it ends with the football game Friday night on KDHL Radio, 920 AM.

Another highlight during the week will be President and Principal Dr. Chuck Briscoe stopping by for a visit on Thursday's AM Minnesota program.

Special days are being observed throughout the week of the Bethlehem Academy Homecoming.

  • Monday is Color Day with sixth grade wearing blue, seventh grade pink, eighth grade purple, ninth grade green, 10th grade yellow, 11th grade orange, 12th grade white and faculty and staff red.
  • Tuesday is Twin Day: Pair up and dress the same as your twin.
  • Wednesday is Mass Day: Dress your best for Mass with Divine Mercy Catholic School.
  • Thursday is America Day: Time to show off your red, white and blue. A Senior Auction will be at 7:20AM. Seniors may be purchased as "helpers for the day" by students in grades 9-11 or faculty/staff.
  • Friday is Spirit Day: Red, White and Black.
    • From 7:30-8AM is wall decorating, a teacher must be present. Grade 12: East wall, Grade 11: West wall, Grade 10: East tunnel, Grade 9: West tunnel, Middle School: Decorate classroom doors.
    • 8:40-9:10AM: Prayer service in Van Orsow Auditorium
    • 9:20-10:15AM: Outdoor activities for grades 6-12 including tug-of-war, water balloon launching and amazing relay race.
    • Noon: Pep fest with coronation at 1PM
    • 1:30PM: Parade starts in school parking lot and goes north on Third Avenue to Third Street Northwest, turns west on First Street Southwest to Fourth Avenue, north on Fourth Avenue Southwest and Fourth Avenue Northwest to Second Street Northwest, turns east on Second Street Northwest to Central Avenue, then south on Central Avenue to Division Street, west on Division to Third Avenue Southwest and back to Bethlehem Academy.     • 5-7PM: Tailgate Burger Basket Fundraiser for eighth-grade Wolf Ridge Trip.
    • 7PM: Kickoff for football game against Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton at Bruce Smith Field. (on KDHL)
    • Homecoming dance follows game until midnight at Van Orsow Auditorium.

Don't forget you can donate all week to Sock-Tober. Bring in socks for those in need.

  • Cole Caron, son of Tim and Chris Caron. Cole's escort is Gracie Donahue, daughter of Jim and Jessie Donahue.
  • Zack Moreau, son of Ken and Jane Moreau. Zack's escort is Breanna Degrood, daughter of Pat and Clarice Degrood.
  • Garrett Johnson, son of Marshall and Barb Johnson and Erik and Jill Ellingson. Garrett's escort is Amber Merritt, daughter of Randy and Lisa Merritt.
  • Noah Battles, son of Josh and Nettie Battles. Noah's escort is Kallie Donahue, daughter of Tim and Julie Donahue.
  • Brendan Trump, son of Scott and Chrissy Trump. Brendan's escort is Shelby Meyer, daughter of Randy and Missy Meyer.
