Barbershop Quartet Sings During Flight Delay

Imagine loading your plane for a trip, getting settled into your seat and ready to get in the air and on the way to your destination, only be told that some maintenance needs to be done and your flight will be delayed. During a recent delay, one group of passengers was treated to live entertainment to help pass the time!

According to the original YouTube post, the plane was routed for New Orleans, but first the passengers had to endure a five-hour delay aboard the plane. Obviously, a delay of any length is not ideal, and a five-hour delay would be rather irritating. I think I personally would cope better if I had a delay and time to kill in the airport, but I might be a bit less cheery to have it happen after you've already boarded and are restricted to a more confined space.

Lucky for these passengers, the Port City Sound barbershop quartet were also on the plane, and at the request of an airline employee, entertained the crowd by singing! This talented group of men were able to bring a little bit of fun to what might have been a stressful situation.
