I’ve lived in Faribault my entire life but my wife and I enjoy traveling all around Minnesota as well as the surrounding states. When I’m not at work I’m usually spending time with my grandchildren and my grown children. I enjoy going to watch the Vikings, especially at US Bank Stadium, concerts, taking my wife to various musicals and going out to eat… I really enjoy that, as my bathroom scale can attest. I love music and spend a lot of time on the weekends looking for CDs of big hair bands that I don’t currently have in my collection.

What’s Up with Faribault’s Southern Exit?
About two weeks ago Gordy Kosfeld posted a story about Sen. John Jasinski's push for the addition of exits and entrances at I-35 and Highway 9, just north of Faribault. I understand the need for this new interchange, because I'm sure there is a lot of traffic in and out of the industrial park at the north end of town...

This Tool Could Be Man’s Second-Best Friend
Over the weekend we hosted my granddaughter's fifth birthday party. We had a lot of cleaning to do to get ready for this event, and cleaning the bathroom was one of those chores I kept putting off until the very last.
Before scrubbing out the tub, I like to clean out the drain by using a cheap little tool you've probably seen in stores and wondered if it worked...
