Many people have issues either health wise or just feeling annoyed by the switch to daylight savings time.  For me the switch makes me feel better in knowing that the sun is up a little longer in the evening. In late June that sun going down after 9pm just feels good. Yes I have kind of liked having daylight coming to work in the morning and now it will be dark again for a bit.  But again later on when the sun is up after 5am just feel

s grea. I know people that get bent out of shape as one night they lose an hour of sleep. Or the changing of the clocks. It for me is just another way to feel better that spring and summer are on the way.
