The ninth annual Ag Symposium to benefit student scholarships and ag programs at South Central College will be next Tuesday, February 14, at South Central College in North Mankato. The theme of the symposium is new Tools for New Rules and it will be from 8:30AM to 4PM. The cost is $119 per person. You can register online at www.southcentral.edu/agsymposium.

Keynote speakers include Barry Flinchbaugh, Ph.D., professor of agricultural economics at Kansas State University; Michael A Gunderson, Ph.D., associate professor in the department of agricultural economics at Purdue University; and Aron Doering, Ph.D., a full professor at the University of Minnesota and a laureate of the prestigious humanitarian tech awards and a fellow for both the University of Minnesota Institute on the Environment and the Royal Canadian Geographical Society. In addition there will be a number of exhibits.
