AM Minnesota Today Mazeppa Daze

The Mazeppa City Administrator Karl Nahrgang will be my guest today on KDHL's AM Minnesota Program. We will be discussing all the activities going on today through Sunday at Mazeppa Daze. I always enjoy talking with community leaders about their community celebrations. There is something special about small town community celebrations. Normally they do not have big budgets but rather rely on volunteers and community service groups to put on a great celebration.

Many community celebrations organize a parade neat the end of the celebration. At the Mazeppa Daze the parade is the beginning of the celebration. The Mazeppa Daze parade will be this evening at 7:00 pm. That will kick off two more days of dances and live music, fireworks, volleyball and softball tournaments, chicken barbecues, car and classic tractor shows, plus an always popular classic tractor pull.
